I have over 20 years in this industry, a background in nursing and social work, recently graduated from the Mastery In Leadership & EQ Program in 2019
I am overly educated in my field for my scope of practice as an Advanced Aesthetician in the state of Ohio.
I have worked in Spas, hair & Nail salons, medi spas, GYN, sexual health, women’s wellness, Plastic Surgeon’s, Alzheimers/Parkinsons Special Care Unit, Optical Office.

I am a confident, responsible, healing woman who got caught up in the cultural comparison, not believing in myself, not believing my passion and authenticity was enough. With help, I let go of survival and continue to open myself up to thriving…(thrival…LOL), Owning all that this world created me to be. I will not hold back, and neither should you!
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Evans enjoys a variety of hobbies that nurture her creative side and passion for the outdoors. She finds joy in cooking up culinary delights, expressing herself through painting, immersing herself in music, and engaging in outdoor activities such as kayak fishing.
Dr. Evans also actively contributes to her community as a non-profit board member, where she lends her expertise and time to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Additionally, she serves as faculty for board review courses, sharing her knowledge and experience to help aspiring medical professionals succeed in their careers.
With a blend of medical expertise, creative pursuits, and a heart for service, Dr. Janelle Morgan Evans embodies a well-rounded professional dedicated to improving the lives of those around her.

Erika was wonderful. I have had issues with acne since having kids and am fairly new to having a good skin care routine. I booked with Erika based on her reviews and I was not disappointed!
